 FAQs

  • The entire space is deep cleaned each morning and the playroom area is sanitized and tidied throughout the day. We use Force of Nature cleaning solution on all toys, furniture, surfaces and floors.

  • It is a kid friendly & eco-friendly EPA-Registered sanitizing and disinfectant killing 99.9% of viruses. It is also on the EPA’s disinfectant list against COVID.

  • Nope! All are welcomed during open hours :

  • We require both children and adults to please take off their shoes before playing.

  • Yes, for sanitary measures we require socks to be worn by both adults and children. If you do not have, we have available for retail.

  • We do not require masks at this time.

  • Food and drinks are permitted at picnic tables area only.

    Water and baby bottles are permitted in playroom

  • Yes, we are a nut-free facility to keep all our guests safe

    We are unable to prorate memberships so please be sure to let us know before your next month is due.

    We also have to ability to Freeze memberships on a monthly basis, so if you’re going on vacation etc let us know!
